Al Bukhari Travels Ltd. assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, dangerous incidents in the air, sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, civil disturbances, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond Al Bukhari Travels Ltd. ‘s control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents.

Al Bukhari Travels Ltd. takes no responsibility of any additional costs due to missed flights, baggage delay or transit layover hotel accommodations. All additional costs will be solely the responsibility of the passenger and Al Bukhari Travels Ltd. will not be liable. 

Al Bukhari Travels Ltd. will not be responsible for failure to follow instructions in the event of flight delay or miss; it is the responsibility of the airlines to determine exactly what procedure will be followed.

Reservations should be made with 30% deposit to ensure passenger’s booking; Full payment is due according to government guideline.

Refund of Hajj Preregistration cosy will reund according to government return policy. Al Bukhari won’t resposible for it.

Deposit will be refunded within 5 days of registration., minus 5% administration fee  plus any other services that were already paid by Al Bukhari Travels Ltd..

if cancellation is received after 5 days of registration 10% cancellation plus any other services that were already paid by Al Bukhari Travels Ltd.

No refund will be given after 15th Ramadan unless Extreme circumstances such as severe illness. In such case 15% per person plus any other services that were already paid by Al Bukhari Travels Ltd..

No refund will be given for any services rendered and not utilized.
